Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs, unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator. By using the Service, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or stop unauthorized use or abuse of our Service or intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
